Scheduling Classes and Meetings
Scheduling of Classes
-
Maharaja may conduct a maximum of two classes per day—one in the morning and one in the evening or late afternoon.
-
Each class should be limited to a maximum duration of 1.5 hours.
-
Evening classes must conclude by 8:00 PM to ensure adequate rest for Maharaja. If the accommodation is at a distance, the class timing should be adjusted so that Maharaja reaches the accommodation by 8:00 PM.
-
Class venues should ideally be located close to the accommodation. If a venue is farther away, it should be no more than one hour away by road, and in such cases, only one class per day should be scheduled at that location.
Meeting Schedules with Devotees and Leaders
-
In coordination with Maharaja’s assistant (+91 74519 33576), the temple leader may schedule up to one hour of meeting time per day for devotees. Devotees should meet Maharaja along with their congregation group leader.
-
The temple leader may choose whether Maharaja meets the general congregation or the leaders.
-
If the number of devotees exceeds 30, individual meetings are not recommended. Instead, a group Q&A session may be arranged.
