Guidelines for Travel, Class Scheduling, and Meetings for Maharaja

1. aFlight Bookings

• While booking flight Tickettickets,

3. Scheduling of Classes

• Please ensure Maharaja canmay giveconduct onlya 2maximum of two classes per day. One classday—one in Morningthe morning and otherone in the evening or late afternoon.

• ClassEach class should be limited to a maximum duration can be max.of 1.5 hours.hours.

• Evening classes canmust end maxconclude by 8pm8:00 PM to ensure adequate rest for Maharaja. If the accommodation is at a distance, the class timing should be adjusted so that Maharaja canreaches restthe early.accommodation by 8:00 PM.

• VenuesClass for classesvenues should notideally be farlocated awayclose fromto histhe accommodation. InIf case thea venue is farfarther away, it should be maxno more than one hour away by road, and in such cases, only one class per day should be scheduled at that location.

4. Meeting Schedule with Devotees and Leaders

• In coordination with Maharaja’s assistant (+91 74519 33576), the temple leader may schedule up to max within one hour of distance by road. In that case only one class in that venue can be scheduled. Principally Maharaja should not travel to and fro classes twice a day.

   

  Meeting Time with Devotees/Leader.

  In discussion with Maharaja's assistant (+91 7451933576) the temple leader can schedule a meeting time with devotees 1 hr per day.day Thefor devoteesdevotees. canDevotees should meet maharajaMaharaja along with their Congregationcongregation group leader.
