Guidelines for Travel for Maharaja
1. Flight Bookings

While booking flight tickets, please ensure that an aisle seat is reserved for Maharaja, with adjacent seats allocated for the assistants.
2. Train Bookings

For train journeys exceeding four hours, please book a 1AC compartment, ensuring that Maharaja is allotted a lower berth.

For journeys shorter than four hours, a 2AC ticket may be booked.

When two assistants are travelling, one may be accommodated in 3AC, while the other should travel in 1AC with Maharaja.
3. Scheduling of Classes
Maharaja may conduct a maximum oftwo classes per day—one in the morning and one in the evening or late afternoon.Each class should be limited to amaximum duration of 1.5 hours.Evening classes mustconclude by 8:00 PMto ensure adequate rest for Maharaja. If the accommodation is at a distance, the class timing should be adjusted so that Maharajareaches the accommodation by 8:00 PM.Class venues should ideally be located close to the accommodation. If a venue is farther away, it should beno more than one hour away by road, and in such cases,only one class per dayshould be scheduled at that location.
4. Meeting Schedule with Devotees and Leaders
In coordination with Maharaja’s assistant (+91 74519 33576), the temple leader may scheduleup to one hour of meeting time per dayfor devotees. Devotees should meet Maharaja along with their congregation group leader.The temple leader may choose whether Maharaja meets thegeneral congregationor theleaders.If the number of devotees exceeds30, individual meetings are not recommended. Instead, agroup Q&A sessionmay be arranged.
