All participants are expected to strictly follow the instructions given by the Yatra Committee and its sub-committees (such as security, prasadam, accommodation, and transport). These guidelines are designed to ensure the safety, harmony, and smooth conduct of the Yatra for everyone.

🌧️ Force Majeure

If the Yatra needs to be cancelled or modified due to natural calamities or other unavoidable circumstances, the Yatra Committee will make every effort to refund the appropriate amount, after deducting expenses already incurred toward arrangements made up to that point.
