2.	4 regulative principle: Do you watch mundane television/movie/sports/news etc? Do you eat non-veg/ onion/ garlic/ eggs or any use animal product in last 3 years? Any kind of Gambling activity, betting apps/ cards / lottery etc. Intoxication: liquor, tea, coffee, choklate, tobacco, cigarette, Charas, ganja, bhang, Afeem or any kind of intoxicants etc? No illicit connection: same gender or opposite gender If married/engaged: use of modern family planning techniques? committed that you will never undergo sterilization in the future or perform an abortion? are you committed to practicing a regulated sex-life using only natural methods of planning a family and to avoid excesses? Do your profession involves in breaking 4 regulative principles like selling or serving tobacco, liquor or meat etc.?

6.	Have you ever left the temple, stopped attending Nama Hatta or stopped performing your responsibilities and services without permission of the spiritual authorities? Have you ever willfully disobeyed or neglected to follow an order of the spiritual master since your first initiation? Have you told untruth to a senior devotee during the past 3 years? If connected remote, what kind of relation do you have with local temple?
7.	Personal Habit: Do you regularly bathe early in the morning and otherwise maintain cleanliness (fingernails, hair, clothes, etc.) Are you implicated or involved in any dishonesty such as theft, breaking state laws etc. during the past 3 years? Are you guilty of child abuse? Are you prone to depression and material anxiety? Have you ever considered committing suicide or leaving ISKCON during the previous 24-months?
8.	Family? Are they devotee or favourable for Bhakti? If you ever get married, would you first try to marry only an initiated vaisnava devotee (ISKCON) and if not available then only marry a pious vegetarian person?
